From The Kitchen
Yeah, we know: for the past three weeks the ETS! blog has been down. Blame server problems, which entirely crashed our blog (arrgggh!!) but we now have a new host and are rebuilding the archives; we should be adding new posts again by the time you read this. Go to the ETS! web site (www.eatthestate.org) and follow the link on the right-hand column.
We need a new Activist Calendar editor!
Our current editor, Amber Croyle, needs to step down due to lack of consistent computer access--a common problem recently among ETS! volunteers (all rumors of a massive and luxurious reader-funded ETS! corporate headquarters to the contrary).
Amber's done a great job for us these past few months and her work will be greatly missed. If you, dear reader, have consistent computer access and/or a strong familiarity and/or involvement in the Puget Sound activist community, many would be grateful if you volunteered to become our next calendar editor. And what's more, you'll get a leg up on all the cool goings-on around the region! Drop us a line if you're interested: editorial@eatthestate.org. --eds.
